STEP 1 – Complete the simpleFLOORS Request More Information Form The first step is to either contact simpleFLOORS or fill out a Contact Us or Request More Information form. Take your time to review the initial franchise and industry information that will be sent to you. Determine if you are interested in learning more or believe that you may be well-suited for this type of business opportunity. It is equally important for us to learn a little bit about you, your business experience and plans for owning a simpleFLOORS business. STEP 2 – Have an Introductory Call with Our Franchise Development Team Set up a Program Review phone call. This no obligation phone call normally takes about 20 minutes and is designed to answer your questions and help determine if this opportunity is well-suited for your personal and financial goals. We’ll discuss your motivations, business experience, financial resources and discuss market areas or territories availability. We’ll review the business opportunity, company history, systems, training program, support services and financing options available. If after this initial phone call we both agree to move forward, you’ll be invited to complete our franchise application. STEP 3 – Submit Application for Approval Once the application has been submitted and is being reviewed by our committee; you will be able to continue with your due diligence and research on simpleFLOORS, the industry and growing consumer demand. STEP 4 – Receive a Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) The Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD)explains the franchise offering in detail and includes a copy of the franchise agreement. We will offer to review these documents with you to answer any questions you may have. After you have reviewed the franchise agreement, you’ll have the opportunity to speak with members of our support team and attend a behind the scenes webinar where we’ll demonstrate a number of the tools, features and products simpleFLOORS has to offer. STEP 6- Interview We are intent on working with customer service-driven and entrepreneurial-minded business owners for simpleFLOORS. Not everyone is the right fit for this business, so one of the final steps in the process is a one-on-one interview with our head of franchise development. During this time, we’ll answer any remaining questions you have about starting your business and both of you can decide whether or not to move forward. This step provides for a mutual evaluation to decide if the fit is right for both of us. STEP 6 – Sign Agreements and Welcome to the Team! Once you have signed your agreement and submitted the appropriate fees; the agreement will be countersigned and you officially become a simpleFLOORS franchise partner. Welcome to the team! STEP 7 – Training and Launch After the agreement has been executed, you will attend the initial training, and meet your support staff at our corporate headquarters in Suwanee, GA. During this time, you will learn more about the business, operations, products, and the many advantages of being a franchise owner.
