Installation

simpleFLOORS screens and selects the installer(s) for your franchise unit. simpleFLOORS handles the signing of contractual elements between the installation team we select for your franchise unit. simpleFLOORS negotiates a wholesale labor rate with the installer for your franchise store and operates on a revenue sharing program that insures fair compensation for the installers, this service and your franchise unit. Your installers will trained to perform clean-up of the job-site and a final inspection walkthrough upon completion of the job ensuring satisfaction. Your stores jobs will be performed with care, skill and precision. A simpleFLOORS installation coordinator is also available to mediate situations if and when they may arise.

The Basic Package

An option for new construction with level, clean floors needing no additional floor preparation. Choose this when interior doors and trim packages have not been installed

Installation of all underlayment and flooring
Final customer tour, site cleanup and the removal of debris
1-year warranty.

The Better Package

Feel comfortable doing your own existing subfloor leveling, patching and preparation? Have time to remove your existing Interior doors? Don’t mind removing and disposing of your existing floor? Doing some of these things can save you some money on installation and may make the “better” option the choice for you. Your in home estimator will cover all the details and tasks during the in home consultation to help make your choice easier.

Installation of all underlayment and flooring
In-home delivery of all flooring and materials.
Installation of flooring transition moldings
Removal and installation of existing wall base or install new quarter round.
Undercut door jambs.
Re-tack carpet in doorways as required.
Final customer tour, site cleanup and the removal of debris.
2-year warranty.

The Best Package

The full service package includes the additional things like moving furniture, and removal and disposal of existing carpet. A great option if you want the details handled, and includes the extended 5 year warranty. Your in home estimator will cover all the details during the in home consultation to help you decide if this is the choice for you.
